28,000 square meter manufacturing facility in Long An province, Vietnam, will facilitate next generation of “Made in Vietnam” products
LONG AN, VIETNAM - Today, Avery Dennison Retail Branding and Information Solutions (RBIS), a global leader in apparel industry branding, labeling, packaging, embellishments and RFID solutions, officially announced the opening of its latest manufacturing facility in Vietnam, located at the Long Hau Industrial Park in Long An province. This new facility will serve the increasing demands from the many global garment and textile brands that are now operating in Vietnam with breakthrough apparel labeling and branding solutions.

Our Long An facility will enable us to accelerate our innovative heat-transfer embellishment capabilities and overall speed to market to better serve leading global brands and retailers.”
Since its entry in Vietnam in 2003, Avery Dennison RBIS has invested $40 million USD to date, with the new Long An manufacturing facility representing the next milestone of the company’s ongoing investment in the country. The modern facility will incorporate Avery Dennison’s global materials science and know-how capabilities in packaging, labeling and embellishments solutions, helping to integrate Vietnam into the global supply chain.
The facility will also feature Avery Dennison’s latest manufacturing innovations and proprietary developments, including the new Component Weaving technology, available for the first time in Asia, following the initial launch in Italy. Avery Dennison’s Agility™ HD Heat Transfer technology, which offers excellent stretch and recovery, combined with photo-real creative opportunities for elevated design, will be available in 2016.
