Tag, Sticker, and Care Label Applications

Paper Hang Tags: Provide retail information such as barcodes and price as well as garment information such as style, color, size, and garment features.

Pressure Sensitive Size Stickers: Show critical size information that helps the customer access process. Stickers apply easily, show through garment folding and presentation, and then remove by customer without stain, damage or residual adhesive.

Sewn-in information: Meet legal, retail, factory tracking, and customs compliance with timely and accurate information. Provide consumers with a permanent reference of garment attributes.

SNAP™ 700 RFID

The SNAP 700 is capable of supporting an optional RFID module. The printing system is designed to check, encode, and verify RFID inlays. Inlays not programmed properly are struck out, barring further use.

The SNAP 700 can print on the encoded inlays. Therefore ePC information can be printed on the front, back, both front and back in text fields as well as 1-D and 2D barcodes. Load the ePC into a QR code for convenient capture if an RFID reader is unavailable.

With its multimedia capabilities, the SNAP 700 encodes tags, stickers, and care labels.

SNAP™ 700 Barcode Verifier

Printing readable barcodes is essential to producing point of sale hang tags and stickers. The barcode verifier option on the SNAP 700 scans and grade every barcode. If the barcode does not pass, the printer stops. When the printer restarts after corrective action, the bad barcode remains on a "leader" which is discarded by the operator.

The barcode verifier allows factory and brand customers peace of mind. Eliminating chargebacks for bad barcodes quickly pays for this valuable accessory.

Other SNAP Accessories

The SNAP 700 does not support urethane heat seal materials.
